ParentSquare and SchoolTool
ParentSquare Notification System
The Liberty Central School District uses the ParentSquare notification system to provide timely communications to Liberty parents/guardians and employees via phone calls, emails and text messages.
ParentSquare uses the contact information that parents/guardians have on file with the district through SchoolTool to send you notifications. Learn more about ParentSquare on our ParentSquare webpage. To verify your contact information, please reach out to the main office of your child’s school.
Parents and legal guardians of Liberty students can access school-related information about their children through a the web-based SchoolTool parent portal.
The information accessible through the SchoolTool Parent Portal includes schedules, grades, progress reports, report cards, attendance records and, in some cases, class assignments. Parents can also e-mail teachers directly from Parent Portal pages.
The SchoolTool Parent Portal mobile app
Parents and students in all grades can also access the School Tool parent portal through their smart phones. Get assignments, grades and attendance information instantly in one view.
The app is available for download in Google Play and Apple App Store. Search “SchoolTool Mobile.”
Once the app is downloaded, enter the following URL: https://st10.schooltool.com/liberty. Your username and password is the same as the one used for the parent portal website.
- Parents: To access the SchoolTool parent portal mobile app, you must be an existing account holder. Not registered? Please contact your child’s school main office. Learn more about gaining access here.
- Students: To access the SchoolTool mobile app, you must have activated your Google account through your school.
Verify your contact information
Review your contact information at the start of every school year and notify the main office of your child’s school with any updates and preferences on the alerts you receive.
Text messages
If you are not receiving text messages and wish to receive them, text optin to 68453. If you’d like to unsubscribe from text messages, text stop to 68453.
Lose your password?
If you’ve forgotten your SchoolTool password, hit “forgot password” on the SchoolTool homepage. A new password will be sent to the email on file. Passwords can be changed by going to the accounts tab on the computer based ParentPortal. Passwords cannot be changed through the app.
