Liberty Central School District Athletic Department’s Champion Plan 2024-2027

Mission

To foster a culture of excellence, resilience, and sportsmanship, empowering our student-athletes to achieve peak performance in academics, athletics and personal development.

Background

In the spring of 2024, a multi-stakeholder committee, including coaches, educators, parents, community leaders and student representatives, came together to assess the needs of our athletic department. The group analyzed qualitative feedback from our community, athletes and coaches as well as quantitative data on our athletic performance and resources. This comprehensive analysis has guided the development of this Athletics Plan, which aims to bring championships back to Liberty and cultivate athletes who thrive on and off the field.

By fostering a supportive, high-performing environment, we aim to bring championships home and build a program that is a source of pride for our entire community.
