Estimated tax rates for the 2022-2023 budget

While final tax rates for 2022-2023 cannot be determined until the summer when final assessments and equalization rates become available, we estimate that there will be no tax increase or decrease for district taxpayers. Here are the anticipated tax rates (per $1,000 of assessed value) and taxes for the towns within the district:

Bethel: $44.02 and $2,376,380.63

Fallsburg: $45.52 and $479,005.90

Liberty: $34.73 and $15,523,681.31

Neversink: $735.80 and $156,893.55

Rockland: $39.18 and $128,644.97

Thompson: $33.32 and $95,555.64
