Liberty Performing Arts to present ‘Clue’

Liberty Performing Arts will present “Clue” at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Feb. 21 and 22 in the HS Auditorium.

Based on the 1985 Paramount movie, which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, “Clue” is a farce-meets-murder mystery. The tale begins at a remote mansion, where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu. When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects.

Led by Wadsworth– the butler (Jacob Kelly), Miss Scarlet (Lianna Gissentaner), Professor Plum (Eli Desrochers), Mrs. White (Jill Baumander), Mr. Green (Sebastian Yupanqui), Mrs. Peacock (Jordan Hewlett)  and Colonel Mustard (Christopher DiBartolo) race to find the killer as the body count stacks up.

Also performing in the LPA production are Shea-Leigh Kristiansen as Yvette, Rachel Yaun as Cook, Kelsey Hopkins as Motorist, Sarai Miranda as Chief of Police, Cassandra Porter as Cop, Riley Santiago as Singing Telegram and McKinzie Paterson as Cop 2/Auxiliary Bodies.

Clue is the comedy whodunit that will leave both cult-fans and newcomers in stitches as they try to figure out WHO did it, WHERE, and with WHAT!

Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.ticketsource.us/liberty-performing-arts starting Feb. 1 or at the door. The snow date will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23.

The show is performed under contract with Broadway Licensing.
